El motor trifásico asíncrono con freno electromagnético de CA serie YEJA está compuesto por dos partes: un motor estándar trifásico serie Y2 y un freno electromagnético de CA trifásico serie AZML. El eje trasero del motor está conectado mediante estrías al disco de fricción del freno. El electroimán está fijado a la tapa trasera del motor y pertenece al tipo de freno por corte de corriente (es decir, el freno se activa al cortar la energía).Esta serie de productos cuenta con certificación del sistema de calidad ISO 9001 y certificación de producto CCC.
Condiciones de operación
1. Altitud no superior a 1000 m;
2 .Cuando la temperatura mínima media mensual no supera los 25 °C, la humedad relativa máxima media mensual no debe exceder el 95 %;
3. La temperatura ambiente máxima no debe superar los 40 °C y la mínima no debe ser inferior a -15 °C;
4. Modo de trabajo: S1 (servicio continuo);
5.Tensión nominal: 380 V 50 Hz. Se pueden diseñar y fabricar versiones con tensiones y frecuencias diferentes bajo pedido.
Características del producto
1. El grado de protección de esta serie alcanza IP55.
2. El modo de refrigeración del motor es IC411 (refrigeración por ventilador autoaspirado).
3. El freno de CA está cuidadosamente diseñado: además de que las partes activas están encapsuladas en una carcasa de resina epoxi, el freno se instala como un componente estructural completamente sellado al integrarse con el motor. Esto previene eficazmente la entrada de hilos de algodón, restos de papel, polvo, grasa, virutas metálicas y otras impurezas al freno, alargando así su vida útil.
4. El freno de CA ofrece ventajas como arranque rápido, tiempo de frenado corto, frenado seguro y fiable, con par de frenado ajustable.
5. Equipado con un dispositivo de liberación manual flexible, con opción de autobloqueo o manivela temporal.
6. El freno y el motor utilizan la misma tensión de alimentación de CA, sin necesidad de conversión de CA a CC, evitando rectificadores, lo que facilita su uso.
7. Clase de aislamiento del motor: B y F; clase de aislamiento del freno: F.
8. Dispone de cajas de conexiones de doble posición: placas de conexión independientes para el motor y el freno.
9. Las dimensiones de instalación y los niveles de potencia del motor cumplen completamente con el estándar industrial JB/T6456 y con la norma internacional IEC-72.
10. Los modelos con tamaños 63–71 tienen carcasa de aluminio; los tamaños 80–160 pueden tener carcasa de aluminio o de hierro fundido; y el tamaño 180 tiene carcasa de hierro fundido.
