El motor serie YT es un motor de inducción trifásico con rotor en jaula de ardilla totalmente cerrado y ventilado externamente (TEFC), de diseño unificado nacional conforme con IEC34-1 y JB/T10391-2008, con características de intercambiabilidad internacional.
Tiene un excelente rendimiento: alta eficiencia, ahorro energético, alto par de arranque, bajo ruido, baja vibración, funcionamiento confiable y fácil mantenimiento.
Es ampliamente utilizado en máquinas herramienta, bombas, sopladores, maquinaria de transporte, mezcladores, maquinaria agrícola y alimentaria, siempre que no haya gases combustibles, explosivos o corrosivos.
